Description

Bang Bang Salmon is a spicy and flavorful dish featuring tender salmon bites coated in a savory seasoning blend and served with a creamy, tangy Bang Bang sauce.

Ingredients

Scale

1 ½ pounds salmon fillets (skin removed

cut into bite-sized pieces)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Gently toss the salmon pieces in the seasoning mixture until well-coated.
  4. Spread the salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. While the salmon is baking, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a small bowl.
  7. Once the salmon bites are done, serve them hot with the Bang Bang sauce for dipping.

Notes

Make it lighter by using Greek yogurt instead of mayo.

Use tofu or cauliflower for a vegetarian alternative.

Adjust sriracha for your preferred heat level.
