These Buffalo Chicken Wraps are spicy, creamy, and quick to prepare—perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep. Tender chicken tossed in hot sauce, wrapped with fresh veggies and blue cheese dressing in a soft tortilla.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
¼ cup hot sauce
4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 celery stalk, diced
½ cup blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- Heat the oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the butter melts.
- Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink and juices run clear (about 10 minutes).
- Remove from heat, pour in the hot sauce, and toss the chicken to coat evenly.
- Lay tortillas flat and divide the chicken mixture evenly between them.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced celery, and a drizzle of blue cheese dressing.
- Fold the sides in and roll tightly into a wrap. Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
Make It Milder: Mix hot sauce with ranch dressing to tone down the heat for kids or spice-sensitive eaters.
Cheese Swaps: Don’t like blue cheese? Try cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack.
Low-Carb Version: Swap tortillas for lettuce wraps or low-carb tortillas.
