Description

These delicious Cereal Bars are a perfect blend of wholesome ingredients, providing a satisfying and nutritious snack for any time of the day.


Ingredients

3 cups cereal of choice

2/3 cup peanut butter or nut butter of choice

1/2 cup agave or honey or brown rice syrup

optional 1/2 tsp salt

optional 3 tbsp protein powder


Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cereal and any optional protein powder.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter and agave (or honey) until smooth.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture into the cereal and stir until well combined.
  • If desired, add salt for extra flavor and mix again.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish and press down firmly.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-30 minutes or until firm. Let it cool before cutting into bars.
