Ingredients

3 cups cereal of choice
2/3 cup peanut butter or nut butter of choice
1/2 cup agave or honey or brown rice syrup
optional 1/2 tsp salt
optional 3 tbsp protein powder
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cereal and any optional protein powder.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter and agave (or honey) until smooth.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture into the cereal and stir until well combined.
- If desired, add salt for extra flavor and mix again.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish and press down firmly.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-30 minutes or until firm. Let it cool before cutting into bars.
