Ingredients
2 lbs boneless
skinless chicken thighs
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons ground paprika
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 garlic cloves
minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper

½ cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken thighs and coat them well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the marinated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice golden-brown color.
- While the chicken is baking, prepare the creamy garlic sauce by mixing together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Once the chicken is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the chicken slices with the creamy garlic sauce on the side, perfect for drizzling over the top.
