1/4 cup heavy cream (optional)
Fresh thyme, salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sauté onions and garlic in butter.
- Add mushrooms and cook until soft.

- Add wine and cook until absorbed.
- Gradually add broth, stirring constantly.
