These delicious Energy Balls are a quick, healthy snack packed with nutrients and perfect for on-the-go energy.
Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats or quick oats
1/2 cup peanut butter or allergy friendly sub
1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey or agave
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/8 tsp salt
optional handful mini chocolate chips or raisins
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, chia seeds, and salt.
- Mix until well combined, then fold in the optional chocolate chips or raisins if desired.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
- Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to set.
