Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead it gently until smooth.
- Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape each into a bagel, making a hole in the center.
- Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and brush each with beaten egg for a shiny finish.
- Sprinkle with your choice of optional toppings.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
