These Ham and Cheese Sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that’s perfect for gatherings and parties. With a buttery topping and melty cheese, they’re sure to be a hit!

4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 (12-ounce) package Hawaiian sweet rolls
12 slices Swiss cheese (about 7 ounces)
12 thin slices deli ham (about 10 ounces)
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and kosher salt.
- Place the Hawaiian rolls in a baking dish and cut them in half horizontally without separating the top and bottom.
- Layer half of the Swiss cheese on the bottoms of the rolls, followed by the deli ham slices, and then the remaining Swiss cheese.
- Place the tops of the rolls back on and brush the melted butter mixture over the tops. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly before serving and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, feel free to mix in some chopped onions or your favorite spices before baking.
