Description

This Honey Soy Glazed Salmon is a quick, flavorful, and nutritious dish perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep. A sweet and savory glaze made from soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger caramelizes beautifully over tender salmon fillets—creating a gourmet experience in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

4 salmon fillets

¼ cup soy sauce

23 tbsp honey

1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

1 tsp sesame oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix glaze ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Marinate salmon for 20–30 mins.
  3. Pan-sear or bake salmon until fully cooked.
  4. Brush remaining glaze before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, do not marinate for more than 1 hour.

Glaze can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Use fresh salmon fillets for the best texture and taste.
