1 lemon (juice and zest)

2 teaspoons dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley

for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, arrange the fish fillets at the bottom.
  3. In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, zucchini, bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
