1 cup warm water

2 ½ cups bread flour

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1 lb flank steak

sliced into thin strips

2 green bell peppers

thinly sliced

1 onion

thinly sliced

7 slices provolone cheese

1 cup mozzarella

shredded

1 tbsp oil

oil/drippings from meat/veggies

1 cup heavy whipping cream

½ cup milk

½ cup parmesan cheese

shredded

¼ cup mozzarella cheese

shredded

½ tsp garlic salt

½ tsp pepper

½ tsp Slap Ya Mama®

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine bread flour and salt. Add olive oil and the yeast mixture. Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise for about 1 hour.
  3. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sauté the flank steak until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add bell peppers and onion. Sauté until softened, then add back the steak. Mix well and remove from heat.
  5. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. In a separate saucepan, mix oil/drippings with heavy cream, milk, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic salt, pepper, and Slap Ya Mama®. Heat until combined.
  7. Spread the cream sauce over the pizza crust. Top with the steak and vegetable mixture, then layer provolone and mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

For a spicier kick, consider adding sliced jalapeños or your favorite hot sauce.
