100g Fresh Strawberries
100ml Whipping cream (sweetened with few tablespoons of icing sugar)
8 teaspoons Strawberry jam
1 tablespoon White cocoa syrup @saveur_cestdelicieux
About 2 tablespoons Icing sugar for sprinkling
Melted chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into small circles.
- Place the pastry circles on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
- While the pastry is baking, clean and slice the fresh strawberries.
- In a bowl, whip the cream with icing sugar until soft peaks form.
- Once the puffs are cool, cut them in half and fill each with a teaspoon of strawberry jam, a layer of whipped cream, and some strawberry slices.
- Top with another layer of whipped cream, drizzle with melted chocolate, and sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
Notes
